You were right Bob, I made the deposit and the bonus is not automatic.

So I sent an email to the address you posted with the subject line TGIF 30% and inside I wrote that I didnt have my rewards number hand ( because I just opened the account 2 hours ago and got the $210 bonus ) and I just gave them my nick and email address.

Less then an hour later, they credited the $100.

Thanks for all the info on PokerRoom and Absolute, $460 in bonuses today, gotta get to work...

yup....should keep you busy.

pokerroom bonuses expire in 60 days (and i like the games better there)
absolute bonuses never expire.

obviously i'd go for p-room first.

did you give up on the whole UB-SNG thing??

Again! Some time soon I've got to put in about 200 hours at Absolute.

No wonder their rake free games died. They give you more for playing in raked games!

After the newest upgrade to AP, the popup box stats 30% reload up to $210 for Absolute Rewards Members this month on Fridays.

I am confused now. I am going to email support and see what I can find out.

Well now I'm even more confused. Read from bottom up

You are really confusing everyone. Today you are offering a 30% TGIF bonus. Up to how much?

What about the other 2 bonuses that are also listed as TGIF?

I received an email listing a 30% reload bonus (max 100) this Friday 7/16. No other restrictions were listed.

Also received a newsletter stating a TGIF Reload to Absolute Rewards Members 30% (max 100) where you have to email promotions@absolutepoker.com to redeem it.

Also after the latest upgrade the popup box lists a 30% reload (max 210) this month on Fridays for AR members but lists no other restrictions.

Please advise which of the bonuses is actually valid and what the exact requirements are for receiving them.

Thank You

I just logged on to AP and the popup box mentions a 35% sign-up bonus for first-time deposits and a 30%, $100 max reload one-time reload on Friday's only this month for Absolute Rewards members.

I see nothing about a 30%, $210 max reload there.

i agree with what you are doing here.
it appears to me that they are mixing up and confusing their own bonuses.

i like their customer service for the most part...but they need to learn to get their act together and need to be told that they are confusing everyone.

Default more bad customer service

another example - i accidentally deposited on wednesday last week for their reload that didn't start until thursday.
they replied quickly that they needed to check with the promotions manager to see if i could just get credit for that deposit (i was also fine with cashing-out and re-depositing since it was my fault).
i was told i would receive a reply within 24-hours...
but i didn't.

i forwarded the original conversation back to them and stated at the beginning that i was still waiting to hear back from them. still no reply.

did same thing about 12 hours later or so...still no reply.

then i asked them to please respons at my AOL address because i was curious whether their e-mails were getting blocked (which AOL has done at random lately). they responded right-away.
then i wrote back stating that i had not received replies to my previous 3 e-mails so i was concerned they were being blocked...but evidently they just didn't respond to them for some reason.

within 10 minutes i received a reply to that asking me to state whatever my concern was and that they would be happy to assist me.

by that tinme, 48-hours had passed so i just cashed-out...re-deposited...and got the bonus.

but it certainly showed some inadequacies in their customer-service.

btw....i couldn't help but laugh when the last person to contact me (who would be 'happy' to assist me) was named Gabby.
