Pre-flop is fine, but that turn play disgusts me. Raise for shits sake. This is some of the most passive play I've ever seen.

don't worry about the river.

worry more about your bad turn play. straights with that kind of board sucks. get your money in with the temporary nuts.

preflop call is meh. calling a minraise isn't too bad if villains aren't very aggressive.

ya, i was going to raise on the turn, but thought i would be tricky and hope a rag or black came up on the river. Guess the play obviously backfired on me. Mind you in hindsight, it probably didnt matter what I raised on the turn, MP2 would have called me, I'm almost certain. MP2 had Jd 10d and nailed the royal flush.

this is why you raise the turn

if you cant see why you need to rethink how poker works

look youre 75% chance to win on the turn

if you said he'll call your raise, raise as much as you can!! if you can get in your money as a 75% favorite, youre going to win money!

What about pushing?

With 2 flush draws out there he really would like to end the hand here. Against 2 flush draws he is only about 55% favourite so getting at one to fold would probably be +EV.
