Thanks everyone for some great replies. (Can't believe I missed a SRV song.) In addition to these, I guess I'll just go with the Steve Miller version of Mercury Blues, and a few more I came up with like Route 66, Rollin' Down the Highway, Maybellene. If you have any more it's not too late.
