Default Am I a nit - JJ flop fold.

MP2 is a lag but not crazy, MP1 is unknown.

A couple of interesting points to this hand IMO

1. Decided to wait till turn to raise since I can count on LAG to bet it most times and this allows me to exploit a bigger equity edge than raising the flop. Was this apposite?

2. I did not enjoy folding the flop. But MP1 c/r the field on this board has to be respected as does MP2s 3 bet. And lots of people still have to act and could be lurking with a hand that beats me. Furthermore, later streets could be very expensive which would not be nice.

Just raise the flop the first time.

I think you need to raise this flop. They won't be getting odds to draw to their gutshots, and you want to try to fold out as many players as possible.

Looks like a nightmare hand. However - I wonder if it would have played out the same if you would have riased - probebly.

The fold was OK - I don't think people take paired board seriously enough.

You desperately need to raise this flop to find out where you are at and to get people out. Horrible call.
Played that way, I agree with the fold.
