How much of a gap is there b/w 9th and 23rd (Chips wise)?

not much at all, ~5000 chips, as you can see from my table, stacks sizes are quite close.

It's a tough call.. I play this tourney semi-regularly, and late, people drop like flies because one orbit is like half or more of people's stacks.. since BB is coming up for you, that and the SB will drop you significantly.. I'd probably push, one blind steal should solitify your position and then you can take it easy after that.
