Yeah, just call the river. This is one of those hands where you feel like you're marginally ahead if you just call the turn checkraise and riverbet, but if you 3bet and he caps you're just royally [censored] and have to 3bet and fold toa cap. Even if you 3bet and he just calls you're never totally sure you're ahead on the river. Just call down from teh flop c/r. I'd check through the flop occaisonally as well.
