Default too passive with a big draw?

Absolute .10/.25 ($50 NL). Table is very passive. Villain is 28.5/4.76 over 50 hands and only has $11.35.

Hero is UTG+1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero limps. LP limps. SB donk-raises. BB folds, Hero calls, LP calls.

Flop ($1.75) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
SB donk-bets, Hero raises to $1, LP calls $1, donk folds.

Turn ($4) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero bets $2, LP min-raises to $4, Hero calls $2.

River($12) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero checks, LP pushes for $5.85, Hero folds.
