Doesn't the 2/3 SB increase the rake also? And the 1/3 increase in stakes will counterbalance the SB change because weak players go broke faster.

I don't think Party will dump the 15, but I agree they will add high stakes limit soon. They're trying to poach players from high stakes games at Stars and UB.
