Default Level 3 - small pairs up front

So let’s assume it’s a 109 at Level 3. You are UTG+1 with 66, UTG folds, what do you do when:

1) 10 left all stacks relatively even
2) 8 left and you have 2000
3) 8 left & you have 600

If you limped, what's your plan if it's 4 or 5 way to the flop and the blinds check to you? What's your plan on an A high flop? On a rag flop? (assume you missed your set in each case).

Default Re: Level 3 - small pairs up front

I would probably limp/fold preflop and check/fold on the flop.
