I use mouthwash first because I vaguely remember some Listerine commercial showing mouthwash helping to break [censored] up so when you brush more comes off. I think that's what it was.

i thought this was the whole point of mouthwash. i use water to rinse after mouthwashing, flossing and brushing.

Floss, Mouthwash, Brush

that's how I roll

you floss first, to get all the major chunks out of the way. Then mouthwash, to help loosen up all the bad stuff like the commercial says. and the brush last, to remove the bad stuff that the mouthwash loosened up.

i thought this was common knowledge? [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]
