Can you safely fold this TT on the turn?

Only been on the table a short time, no particularly good reads yet. His play is very suggestive of a higher pocket pair, and I very much wanted to fold here, but my current tendency is to check call these down; I'm pretty sure its wrong though. Now I'm thinking fold on the turn. Thoughts?

You are getting ~ 5:1 odds to call down from the turn. Does he hold AK 20% of the time here?

Assuming a capping range of AA-JJ &amp; AK, he is twice as likely to have a big pair, as AK. But, he raises your flop bet despite you having 3-bet pre-flop - making a big pair much more likely.

If he has AK, he also has 6 outs on the river - so I think this is a turn fold for me.

My standard line is to CR the flop and go from there. If he 3-bets and follows through on the turn, I fold. If he smooth calls and raises the turn, I fold. All else, bet, bet, bet.
