You got lucky he 3-bet you.. I would advocate a C/C line to the river.

Is villian unknown? How do we know he's betting the ace here? What about middle pair or 3-betting the flush draw?

Have you seen villian bet crazy on Middle pair/ small pocket pair in the past?

An ace on the board does not mean we wilt up and die immediately...

Yeah these are tough. Once you get 3 bet I think you have to call down. Usually I just straight call these down without a read. Let him bluff if he has a lower pair, you lose the least if he has an ace, and you never fold the best hand.

Or you can go with the WA/WB line, this appears to be the perfect time for such a line.

fold to the 3-bet. he's not 3-betting anything you beat here.

pokertracker is gold for these situations. if you're playing .5/1, it'll pay for itself in a week.

I read this alot, and I know that this means Way ahead/Way behind, but could someone please explain to me what this line is? Why is this a good line in this situation? Thanks.

Try the search feature. It's basically when we're either way ahead or way behind, and each is equally likely. In that case, we can simply call down in position or check/call, check/call, bet if we're out of position. I'm not sure if this hand fits the bill.

This hand isn't a way ahead or way behind situation. If the opponent has a flush draw, or something like a pair and a gutshot, you are not way ahead.
