Default Calculating odds with 2 cards to come

Lets say I have an open-ended straight flush draw, 15 outs.

I know that the odds against me improving my hand on the turn are 2.13 to 1. I also know that the odds against me improving my hand on the river are 2.07 to 1.

What I need to know is what are the odds that I catch on either the turn or the river and what is the formula used to derive this.

I read somewhere that in this situation the odds were something like .8 - 1 that you would improve your hand with 2 cards to come.

HELP!!

1 - (47-#outs)/47 * (46-#outs)/46

Ex) straight flush draw, assuming 15 outs

1 - (32/47)*(31/46) = .54 meaning you are a 54% favorite.

Thanks! Now could you translate that into odds please? How do you come up with .8 - 1 pot odds?

If you are a 54% favorite, then your odds are 54:46 or about 1:.85. These are your odds of making the best hand by the river. You are a 1:.85 favorite. Pot odds are different. Pot odds are the relationship between what is in the pot and what you have to call.

4___ 10.75___ 10.50___ 5.07
5___ 8.40___ 8.20___ 3.91
6___ 6.83___ 6.67___ 3.14
7___ 5.71___ 5.57___ 2.59
8___ 4.88___ 4.75___ 2.18
9___ 4.22___ 4.11___ 1.86
10___ 3.70___ 3.60___ 1.60
