This is easy question.

Bringing in the playes would be easy. Just either have:

a: A ton of bonuses
b: A ton of freerolls
c: Rakeback

Who handles the money? What kind of question is this?

Perhaps I am naive, but I can't think of one example where an internet company was presented with $100 million dollars on a platter and turned it away, for no reason.
