hey 4-2-1, as mentioned don't get a celeron processor. I didn't look at your actual PC's but I think one of the most important things for poker is 1600x1200 resolution.

first, how can you say the tv is crap when it just was released? the 26" westinghouse lcd is a brand spanking new model and their are very few reviews on it yet. have you actually researched this model?

second, westinghouse makes good quality lcds and the reviews for most all models of theirs back this up. see for yourself.

here

third, side-by-side comparisons at stores are not necessarily a good indication of the quaility of the tv. it could just be that someone was playing around with the settings on one tv.

oh, and please read wyzguy's post in this thread.

There's no need to get into a pissing match with you. As long as you like what your buying, then more power to you. I have done extensive research and personally would never buy a Westinghouse compared to say a Sharp.

As I say this though, I'm seriously considering buying this TV. Although I stand by the fact that it is sub-par compared to other LCD's, for the price, I can deal with a little less quality.

no pissing match... i just dont understand how you could call it crap when there are so many favorable reviews about their LCDs.

Right now, there really are 2 leaders in LCD that are HD ready, Sharp & Sony. Sharp's have the best looking pictures while Sony's have the best technology.

Westinghouse is far behind both. That is why I say they are crap. Crap, compartively speaking. They still look pretty good. At normal price though (I'm talking about the 27" as I was seconds away from pulling the trigger on one just last week), it would be much better to spring the extra $300 for a Sharp AQUOS. Those babies are VERY sharp and put Westinghouse to shame.

At the $500 sale, the difference in quality picture probably isn't worth the extra $700.

There was a bug in the code of bestbuy.com's software that allowed customers to pick up that laptop, and many other of their items at their listed Black Friday costs.

Forget waiting in the cold!!

A friend of mine ordered 3 of the $380 laptops, and provided bestbuy.com honors them, it'll be a slap in the face to all those that waited in the cold.
