is pot-limit omaha hi spread in vegas/california/AC ?

It's the most unlikeliest of places but I saw $5/10 PLO staked at the Stratosphere (which usually has really low-limit, beginner's NL and limit HE) in Las Vegas. They apparently have it from time to time, so it's good to check with the brush. I'm not even a good Omaha player but I was salivating watching all the green chips go into play when I was at a $200 max $1/2 NL game there.
