I wouldn't make this move until I had at least 14K. Once I did, I'd take a shot and move back down if I lost 200BB. In fact, that is the plan I am going with. I'm at 11.5K now....

I would play up and see how it went. If for some reason you need to be awesome at blind defense to beat 10/20, then you will lose huge amounts of money in the blinds and have to drop back down. Really here is an easy, no hurt way to play your blinds and beat the crap out of 10/20: fold.

I think the biggest problem is handling the swings without going crazy. If you feel like you can drop $2000 in a day and still sleep well then take a shot at 10/20.

If you decide to take a 100BB shot at it and lose it in a few days you still don't know if you can beat it or not. So go back down and rebuild your bankroll and confidence and then give it another try and hope it works out better [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Take a shot. If you get negative results or it feels like you are getting outplayed, just move down again. No biggie.

Start with using great table selection and you won't even notice a difference in opposition. OK, you will, but it won't be harder... unless you already are using great selection
