If it were dog piss you might consider the speciality stuff at the pet store, since the smell might actually cause the dog to go back to that same spot.

However, for just puke you can use some standard carpet stain remover, like Resolve. This stuff is cheaper than the fancy pet store stuff and works just fine. Spray liberally wherever Fido barfed and wipe up with a towel or paper towels.

Not to hijack...but I have dried cat puke on my poker table. The felt cannot be removed (I bought this table online before I learned how to build them...and the cloth is not removable). Same stuff?

OMG, saw the title to this post and started laughing so hard. But I'm at work, and I got busted looking at 2+2.

Now your dog not only f'ed up your car, he got me in trouble on my job.

Nature's Miracle is the dog owners best friend. Get a gallon for slightly less than $20. Saturate the devastated area and let it dry. Take a whiff. Still smell puke? Saturate again and let dry. Still smell puke? Saturate again and let dry. Continue this process until smell is gone. It will work, have faith.
