IGM Pay and Neteller linked to same account?

Since it's been established that one needs to cut ties with their neteller account to make a second account, IGM Pay seems to be the way to go.

I think this will be legit, but I just want to make sure. Can I link IGM Pay to the same bank account neteller is attached to? IGM Pay/Pay Pro shouldn't know what neteller funnels to, just that neteller is there. Money will end up in the same spot, just using a different middle man so to speak.

Does this look like it will fly to everyone?
