Default (.25/.5) Extracting after AK turns the nuts

Haven't played NL cash games seriously for a while.

Standard, loose, small stakes NL 6m table.
Sat with $10 a couple of orbits ago, so I probably don't have an image yet.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) converter

Hero ($12.45)
BB ($21.10)
UTG ($24.25)
MP ($98.45)
CO ($14.25)
Button ($20.15)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $1</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $1.5</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $1.25, BB calls $1, UTG calls $0.50.

Flop: ($6) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">CO bets $0.5</font>, Hero calls $0.50, BB folds, UTG calls $0.50.

Turn: ($7.50) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero checks, UTG checks, CO checks.

River: ($7.50) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $2.5</font>

Final Pot: $15

3 questions, does anyone raise/push pf? Is the turn check the way to go after such weak flop action? Is the river bet too big/small given the action/size of the pot?
