Default 15/30 trying to stop an isolation raise

MP1 is crazy 96/3/.33 over 31
MP3 is at 39/25/2 over 28

This was a great table, multiple people hovering around 50 vpip and of course MP1. Also MP3 was the only one raising to isolate MP1.

Is the 3-bet the best way to try to prevent these isolation raises? Not a big fan of playing mid pairs out of position for 3 bets against two players but when I made the raise I figured I was best at that point. Preflop cap by MP3 made me alter that opinion.

Because MP3 was thet only one attempting to isolate MP1, I felt he might have capped preflop light. AQo is probably as low as he will go capping here I'm likely in a lot of trouble.

I felt like I screwed up every street so I'll just go one street at a time.

I would 3-bet in position, but just call while in the blinds with the intention of check raising a lot of flops.

Preflop looks good, too much of a hand to not 3 bet, and it's all gravy if you can knock out MP1.

I'd check raise the flop, try and get it heads up with the LAG.

Check-raise the flop.

Amen to that. Three-betting preflop will put you in a really awkward position on a lot of flops where you'll wish you didn't have the lead. Also, given MP1's stats he is never folding to your three-bet, and even if their hands aren't great 88 isn't going to have any big pot equity advantage against two players.
