Hand 1: I think you need to bet out on the turn. Too many players are going to pick up on your weakness, and buy the pot with a pair. If you get reraised, you simply let it go. If you get a call, you value bet the river and let go to a raise.
Hand 2: That raise is going to end the hand 90% of the time. I'd call and bet out on the river. Edit: BTW, limping in early position with JJ seems very correct in these games. |

Any ace, KQ, KJ, etc. These hands are staying in, and you're still folding on a Q, K, or A high flop. The way you get paid off with JJ as an overpair is by NOT betting out preflop, and getting the truly crap hands who hit top pair to pay you off.
