Going to Vegas, B&M tourney advice sought

Hi, I'm leaving later today to go to Vegas and haven't played a live tourney before, and was looking for opinions on how to best manage my time. Thursday is mostly out, but I will be avail after 3 on Friday until I go to bed, and all day Sunday until I fly back around 10 pm (although I could push this back). What are my best bets for tourneys? I'm looking to play up to $500 buyin tourneys. I would also consider playing some satellites on Friday for the Saturday WSOP event, where is the best place to play these.
