Can you sell your ticket to the WSOP?

Say someone under 21 somehow makes their way into the WSOP via satellite, is it possible they could sell their ticket to someone and that person use their ticket? Or do they check the ID's pretty stringently out there?

I moved out to Las Vegas when I was 19 and I was ID'd 3 times until the time I was 21. I only played cash games though, but I was playing about 30 hours a week and I've played at every casino on the strip/freemont street all before I turned 21.

I'm 23, but was wondering the same thing as far as selling a ticket (if I get one, I'm currently on step 6 at PP).

As far as you being under 21, they'll more than likely card you during sign ups, and if not then, when (if) you cash. People that have played in the WSOP previously, feel free to correct me.

Playing a WSOP televised event underage is insane, your risking way too mcuh and your very likely to be caught.

It would give you a good rep in the poker world when you hit 21 though.It would still be worth it to win.

You don't understand. Say I am joking around and win a $3 satellite then win another tournament, boom I now am qualified. I didn't actually even consider playing in the tournament. I meant do they ID you liketo see if you are the person who has the ticket or do they even care as long as you have one?
