5/10: K-high call down
Villian here has limped nearly every pot so far, and cold-called nearly every raise from any position. This is over 6 or so orbits. He donks everything. Everything. I've seen him into a pf raiser with bottom pair, a set, and a straight. Don't think I've seen him do it with air, but I might have missed it.
PokerStars 5/10 Hold'em (6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. 1 fold</font>, MP calls, Hero raises</font>, 3 folds</font>, MP calls. Flop: (5.40 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)</font> MP bets</font>, Hero calls... ...and plans to call down if no heart hits. This is spew and I should wait for a better time, right? |

Re: 5/10: K-high call down
Wait for a better spot. When you are ahead he's got 14+ outs do beat you, and you've only got 4-6 outs to improve when behind (if you aren't drawing dead). because of this you have to be ahead SIGNIFICANTLY more often than usual (since you are probably breakeven at best when your hand is currently best).
Add in the fact that the pot is very, very small and villain has no history of bluff-donking and I think we can find a better spot. Surf |
