Default A simple flush hand

Reads: UTG is a relative unknown (20 or so hands), 30%ish VPIP, but not enough hands to really know anything. I have been way tight for me this session, VPIP of 12% in 120 hands or so. MP1 is a 34%/3% fish (125 hands). MP2 has been >50% VPIP & >10% PFR%, over only 50 hands. MP3 is a complete unknown. SB is a solid TAG, maybe ever overtight (15VPIP/11PFR%) over 250 hands.

Whew, now that that's out of the way, I think the hand is relatively simple, with the exception of the preflop action. One person Ive spoken to though supports 3betting the flop, although I can't see this as close to correct.

Raise pre-flop, 3 bet flop.

Since you're obviously at a 0.02/0.04 table, limping preflop with this hand is fine. Your K and your J likely aren't good. The cap at the end on te flop was fine.

The argument for 3betting is to clean your K and your J outs. But it can be argued that your K and your J aren't good here anyways, and you will likely only push people with worse straight draws out, but keep paired people in.

Another argument for 3-betting is citing equity on his flush draw with 8 players in the pot. Am I right? or does that only apply to the Nut flush draw?
