Default AQ misses flop, bet into, now what?

Just into the money in a $10 tourney on Stars. My image is a convservative one. I have won a few hands without showing down, and the ones I have shown at this table were AJ and QQ.

Edit: Villain has not been out of line since I have been at this table. He had pretty much been sitting on his hands until we made the money.

Villain has about 6000 left after his flop bet. Is his bet here a semibluff with QJ? Or does he have a hand like KT? I would think a 9 would have let me bet at the pot. Anyways, I have trouble in spots like this. I have my thoughts on the situation, but I would like to hear those of others. Thanks.
