The final 5 minutes of the film, with Tears for Fears' "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" as the kids play in the popcorn and William Atherton rolls up to the house is one of those perfect blendings of song and film. I know this is gonna be hated, but "Revenge of the Nerds".
Watched it the other night and LMAO! Especially the bit where they decide to make the black frat guys more at home at a party, and put on 'old man river'
