Default raise turn fold to a 3 bet

Party 2/4
villain hasn't gotten out of line

Hero dealt AA in MP
i open, CO cold-calls, everyone else folds. (i take my autopost off)
Flip: Jxx
I bet, he raises, I call planning to raise turn
Turn: J
I c/r, he 3 bets, i fold.
thoughts?? could i just call down here since the top card paired?

I like the flop line but when the turn pairs the J, if I plan to fold to a 3bet, I usually just call down instead.

It costs me the same and I get a chance to hit my 2 outer.

This is what I do against someone who hasn't gotten out of line on 2/4.
