Mastering No Limit Hold Em by Russell Fox - any reviews yet?

This book was announced on this forum in this thread a while back. I bought it and lent it to a friend so I expect it will be a while before I get to read it.

Has anyone read it or reviewed it? Note that I've played with Russell quite a bit and believe he plays very well (although a bit tight [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]).

In that thread someone posted about buying the book on overstock. I'm having some trouble finding it there. Can anyone help me or is it just not on that site anymore?
