Tough spot set $400 NL 6max
Villain is a donkey with $400 and I cover.
I am dealt 3d3c, 2 limpers, I minrz from the SB as I will with many nonpair hands also to build a pot. Villain (edit: in BB) rrz to 26. 2 folds, I call. Flop 2s, 3s, 5h. I bet 54, Villain calls. Turn, Ah. Your action and plan for the rest of the hand. Turn action in separate post below. |

Was villain BB? Or did he limp raise?

Re: Tough spot set $400 NL 6max
I check the turn. Assuming I bet, I expect to be ahead often enough and have enough equity in the pot when behind to justify a call.

Re: Tough spot set $400 NL 6max
I like CRing allin on the turn. I dont think he just called the flop with AA or KK, the most likely hand is AK. He could have spades too, but does he reraise preflop with AJs?
On a tangent, how do you play the hand if you had 44? |
