Default Too early to push AJo?

I'm primarily a STT player, and I'm trying to improve my MTT game. What's the correct play here with my AJo?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t300 (10 handed) converter

10 handed, 8 left to act. You're winning 450 in blinds if it folds around. The only thing that calls you is a better ace a pocket pair, both of which you're behind. With this chipstack I would stay away from AJo, there's going to be something better you could get you chips in on before you're in too much trouble.

Then again, AJ always has seemed to get me in trouble in the middle section of MTTs...

So, what would be an acceptable push range here? AQ+ and TT+(99?)? I don't like the idea of min-raising AJ here and folding to a re-raise because I only have 9BB's left. I also felt like folding AJ was too weak... also because I only have 9BB's left. Even though I have tons of time to make a move, I also have a long way to go before the money and 450 is a decent addition to my stack (~16%). Anyone that could provide a more acceptable push range from this spot would be appreciated.

Also, my probability isn't good enough to calculte this, and I don't have any references on hand. Does anyone know the likelihood of me running into AQ+ JJ+ from UTG+1 when I'm holding AJ?

I like the Push. You have enough folding equity to push out med/low PP. You're short enough a stack that you need to double up. Plus the blinds are significant enough relative to your stack to win, so that when you do double up you'll be a threatening stack.
