Raked or Cortributed Raked Caribbean Sun Fraud

I am probably ignorant but I feel that Caribbean Sun is defrauding there customers. they have there Bonus and there web site states that after 250 raked hands you receive your $50 bonus. Nowhere on there site do they display the raked hands. Well I called them and they said their definition was that you must contribute to count as a raked hand. There are plenty other sites that state that you are dealt cards and it is a raked hand.

I feel I as DEFRAUDED as they did not make it clear what their DEFINITION was.

Is there a standard online poker ?

also as a side note their ecash system sucks as well you deposit with neteller but you can't withdraw your money with out a pin that they snail mail out to you.

is this a terrible site or the norm ?
