Default AQs in CO against passive calling station

Villain was a moron LP at 68/0/.5 at 70 hands and beat me on the river twice before. One beat he had called PFR and hit his middle pair Q, only to beat my TPTK AKs with a river 6.

Button goes all-in on flop? I'm assuming "villain" is SB here.

There really isn't any other way to play this hand. Is this a bad beat post in disguise or something? I can't see which part you're confused about ...

Button had a 47o. Guess he was wanting to get to bed?

River play basically. Since dropping a limit in order to retool my game I've gone from 13/6.2/2.2 to 17/9.2/2.5. Now this is < 1k hands too but I want to get off to a good start and stay aggressive with preflop decisions and improve upon my river play.

Right now it appears I'm leading or raising the river when I really shouldn't be, other times it's the opposite. Obviously a night off reading theat section of SSHE wouldn't hurt... (But it's FRIDAY!!!!)

There's really no other way to play this. I hope he thought that you were bluffing.

I like your play, I would have done the exact same thing here.
