Default 88 on the button

Reads are that MP is Loose Passive and CO is somewhat laggy, but nothing crazy. Alright, You have a limper from MP and the CO just raised. You have 88 on the button. What do you do and why?

3bet, isolate the weak limper and the raiser, get teh blinds to fold. Also you can get a good idea of what CO has if he caps. If he just calls, lead almost all flops when checked to.
