This is +EV right? But should I be tighter because Im not ITM yet and there is a short stack? Its an 11 tourny.

I would raise to 500 with the short stack out there. If he comes over the top he has balls and more power to him (I would make this play with any 2 a lot of the time). You clearly have to fold if he does but you are still in good shape.

I think it's a good spot to pick up 300 chips. BB should be pretty tight here considering the situation, you have a decent hand and even if he does call and you lose which won't be often, you're left with around 700 which may still be enough to make it.
