Blind battle with a LAG
What the hell am I doing here? I dunno, but I found a good table, and have been running good. Villain here is 43/25/5.6 after the first 50 hands.
Party Poker 15/30 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx Preflop: Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. 3 folds, SB raises, Hero 3-bets, SB calls. Flop: (6 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) SB checks, Hero bets, SB raises, Hero calls. Turn: (5 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players) SB bets, Hero raises, SB calls. River: (9 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) SB checks, Hero bets... I thought about just calling the turn, or wussing out and checking the river, but I figured if I followed through, I might be able to get an ace to fold. |

Re: Blind battle with a LAG
This is so typical of blind battles imo. Noone believes anybody because of the preflop action and the low board.
If I want to make a stand I usually 3-bet flop and bet the turn. And if he isnt gone then I am folding the river unless I hit. |

Re: Blind battle with a LAG
I dont think you have enough fold equity on that turn to justify the raise. And what fold equity you do have is somewhat offset by the times he 3bets.
We know the call turn/fold river UI line is +EV. Sticking to that may be best. gm |
