If somebody has the Ah, they'll pay you starting on the flop. I'd bet out small on the flop, something like 150, and give any heart or K that feels like coming along a chance to start inflating the pot. The reason I prefer this is that the line you took forces you to make a pretty substantial river bet to get anything, and I think people are less likely to call that (particularly when they know their draws aren't going to get there) than smaller bets along the way.

Also, c/r'ing the flop seems like you're going to scare more people off than just leading weak. If you're going to let them do the betting, then just hang back and let them bet. Don't try and scare them off with the c/r. (EDIT: It's also worth noting that at lower levels, betting out on this kind of board is probably less likely to make them think you have any flush, let alone a straight flush, than the slowplay.)
