I’ve thought about moving down to 15/30 for a bit, but my ego hates that idea.

[/ QUOTE ]

screw that, you are too good to have an ego. And you don't strike me as the type. Which is one of the things I admire about your game, the pursuit of getting better. If dropping down to the 15/30 will help your game, then do it. If its just going to make you zone out and become apathetic, then don't. But don't not make a move (love them double negatives) just because you will have to rub elbows with the riff raff in the 15/30 game.

Move up to higher levels, where players will respect your raises more.

Seriously, though, buy SSH, and run, don't walk.

I have considered perhaps playing some other games for a bit, most likely cash NL or some medium stud high, as sometimes this can be a good way to re-calibrate your card sense.

For me, pot limit omaha (high) works well for this. I don't know if you've spent much time with that game, but it is definitely any interesting change of pace from limit holdem.

From Wikipedia:

[ QUOTE ]
Sarcasm in electronic communication

Because it is vocally-oriented, sarcasm is often hard to pick up in written messages and is often misinterpreted. To prevent this, sarcastic comments on the Internet are often ended with an emoticon or surrounded with <sarcasm> .. <snicker>.. </sarcasm> tags.
