It's been 48 hours and still no response at all from Empire, besides a form letter saying that they would get back to me within 48 hours. This is unacceptable IMO.

I just cashed everything out of Empire. I've been saving the GRANNY bonus for a rainy day, so I guess I'll give Paradise a try.

[ QUOTE ]

Mine is fixed too, no credit for past hands as well.
Since I have 10 days from the time they fixed it, I'm not going to bother complaining.

[/ QUOTE ]

The results of my e-mail query was a current total of the raked hands at that point, and that they were still working on the issue.

To all the people having trouble getting a response out of Empire... are you berating and nasty in your e-mails? Or professional and courteous? I'm not having ANY problems with them answering my e-mails timely, with good information.

15 days is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. These guys are total jackasses. Every other thinking poker site says you cannot have made a withdrawel during the bonus period. 15 days. What a bunch of jerks.

I got this too, and e-mailed them a day and a half ago. Still haven't heard back, but when I logged on to Empire, this morning, the bonus status had changed from "elapsed" to "pending". None of the hands I had played during the period had been credited, however. So I emailed them again; still waiting to hear.

I'm always nice when I deal with customer support. Obviously berating them or swearing at them or whatever isn't going to accomplish anything (positive).

In fairness, this is the first time I've emailed a party skin and not gotten a response within an hour or so, but when you combine Empire's violation of their own announced bonus terms, the fact that the 15 day rule is stupid in the first place, the fact that I can't call them and get this resolved, and the 48+ hours that have elaspsed without a response on their part, this all adds up to me being through with Empire.

I will whore their next bonus, and the one after that, and the one after that until I get banned. I will not give them another non-bonus raked hand ever again, though. I've been a "good" customer for Empire, and I don't like the way I'm being treated. Of course I'll continue to be courteous in any correspondences with them, but I'm exercising my right to take my play elsewhere.

Something weird... they finally switched me from "elapsed" to "pending" yesterday and I played about 500 hands last night. This afternoon I logged in and the bonus had been released. I did not play ANY hands between the time I deposited and the time they swtiched me to "pending".

mine switched from elapsed to pending, with zero hands showing up as played. i had played about 300 before it changed to pending. I just checked again, and they have now added those 300 hands i played to my total.

I played several hundred hands while "Elapsed" and several hundred more while "Pending", but not nearly enough to unlock the bonus.

They arbitrarily called it 1500 hands and gave me the bonus five minutes ago.

Quite possibly the system software is not able to do all the things necessary to "correct" the problems in an equitable manner, like retroactively credit hands played during the bogus Elapsed period.

Perhaps it has finally dawned on them that being magnanimous about stuff like this can be better business than paying staff to quibble with unhappy customers.

I think the solution to the 15 day/7 day-rule of no withdrawals before bonus is this:

Always withdraw all cash from the skin after getting the bonus, leave only 200 BB or so. Keep the rest on Neteller. If you run bad you can always redeposit from there.

Withdrawing once a month should be enough if you have a decent bankroll, and that way there is no risk of losing the bonus. That is until Empire starts to use a 2-Month rule.
