what did you think UTG had after capping the flop?
i think i would have called down against an unknown even on the river.

I'd just call the river. Unless UTG+1 had either an overpair or 23 (both unlikely) the river doesn't really improve your chances.

The second Jack probably made Villian a fullhouse.

I really need to work on my aggression. That being said:
I don't 3-bet the flop. A c/r by villian says to me: I have two pair or I have a set. So I call the raise, but don't 3-bet.
Turn, I play the same.
River, if my gut was right on the flop, villian may have just made a full house. I don't raise the river, but definitely show down.

I think I got too attached to having TPTK without considering clearly what UTG+1 might have been raising with.

For the record he showed 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and took the pot.

reads would be awesome to know his starting hand reqs, cuz its hard to make out if he has 2pair or not but i think raise the turn and if he raises back call, river i cap.

Capping this river is bad, man.
