Default My question is how to come down off the highs

I think I have an idea of what you are talking about. I have been playing for over two years and I am playing profitably. Truly looking at my records used to help during the downswings but they rarely have any effect on me anymore. I can loose a 100BB in a day and not even sweat it. I can go a few days like this and not even sweat it. I have actually gone 3 weeks this way without a problem.

Now on the other side. When I hit a run and win 100BB in a day, I am so psyched up I can't sleep. I avaoid the normal traps like jumping up limits and such. Tried that enough to know how that goes. The problem is I still have to work to support a family while I am building the BR it would take for me to comfortably do this for a living, but the whole dragging ass at work the next day thing is getting old.

My question is what do people do to bring themselves down from the high and move on to the impending loosing sessions to come?
