Throughout my life I have always heard stretching is one of the most important parts of sports, health, etc. I am looking for a good routine that I can do daily from my own home. Also, is it important to do many times in a day and should I buy a floor mat for it? My goal is to greatly increase my flexibility over time as well as anything else stretching offers. I always get injured when I play sports. Looking for full body stuff.
