Default Colluding

Is it normal that an internet-cardroom does not inform the person who reported collusion during play of the repercussions against the offenders?

I am asking because Ultimatebet does not want to tell what they have done following my report of such an event.

they usually just tell the reporter that they've taken "appropriate measures" , and that the 2 can't play on the same table, etc..

Trouble is that they have only told that some sanction MAY be enforced - not which sanction they have imposed if any.. This way I am not sure that the players have been punished.

If you stick around here a while you will see occasional "BlahBlahPoker closed my acccount and took my money and I didn't do anything wrong" posts. They are the people you reported.
