canadian bonus whores getting around the neteller "fees" at casinos

How do I get around this as a Canadian? I mean, it's still possible todo the bonus, but you lose $32 of your bonus because of going through neteller (and get your hourly rate divided by 5!!!).

Can you deposit through your bank as a canadian without getting hosed on the exchange?

If you deposit in that manner, can you at least cash out through neteller?

Can you use Firepay? No Neteller penalty with Firepay.

Hey Dave,
I recently closed my CDN Neteller account and made a new one in USD funds. I also found that Party has direct deposit no fees to my Checking account. I basically do my whoring and the rest of my transaction through my Party Skin poker site.
So Neteller is only used for moving my Whor'd money around.
