Ed, I'm glad to hear your parents are safe. I'm sorry to hear about their house and presumably their possessions. I might be in the same boat... I probably won't find out for a few days. Anyways, I'm going to try to drown my sorrows in Tunica, and if I don't go broke, it's thanks to you.

They just declared marshall law in SE Louisiana. "There are no more civil rights in the city of New Orleans or SE Louisiana." The central business district was dry last night, but it's flooding now. The water's rising.
