Default dealing with partypoker

anyone else think it is unfair that partypoker won't credit my account or give me an equivalent entry for the $300+25 wsop satellite entry i won? i couldn't enter any of the remaining sats, and they stopped running them on tuesday or something. i also played 4 $600+40 satellites while they were running these.

I think your out of luck. You shouldn't have entered the satellite to a tourney you can't play in.

'fair' is up to the individual.

but i'm pretty sure that party's regs explain that it can ONLY be used for such and such tourneys, etc.

you should have been aware of these rules beforehand.
they are exercising their option to not have to change their rules just because you didn't get around to using your tourney entry.

regardless of whether i agree with their rules or not...i don't think party is overly at fault here. it is a business afterall and they are allowed to put restrictions and expiration dates on such things...it's up to you to understand the rules and use the tourney-entry before it expires.
