I have a signed copy of this book.
Does anyone know if this would increase the price of the book if I resell it?

I also have a signed copy of Championship Satellite Strategy by Tom McEvoy.

You might check on amazon/ebay to see what comprable items are going for. Ciaffone's signed Omaha book was going for over $60 back when I was learning that game, and it's a home-produced spiral bound book.

Is the Theory of Poker still signed by Sklansky if you get it using Poker Stars points?

Agreed. If you want to find out the going rate of just about anything... ebay it*.

*That means look it up. It doens't mean put it up for auction.
