Default Difference between Prima\'s rakeback and everyone else?

From what I've researched prima calculates mgr by how much you contribute to the pot, so if you contribute $20 into a $100 pot you get credited with 20% of the rake for that hand. If you folded preflop you get nothing.

This seems to me that prima's rakeback %'s must be highly inflated compared to other sites that calculate mgr by dividing rake by players in a hand. Does anyone know how to compare the two methods or how big of a difference there is?

I think poker tracker lets you calculate rake a couple different ways. Is percentage of the pot, or theoretical/contributed rake one of them?

It is not uncommon for tight players to get less than half as much money back with the contributed rake compared to involved/dealt card rake. I have seen it as bad as one third the amount for a very tight player on a bad run of cards. Bad run doesn't necessarily mean big losses, but just terrible cards where all you do is muck, muck, muck!
