3-flush on turn: options?
PP 15/30 tightish table by PP standards. Nothing much known about specific players involved.
You are in SB with Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Two MP limpers - you complete in SB - 4 players to the flop Flop Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] You bet and are called by all 3 players. Turn T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] So: top 2pr and a very obvious possibility that you may have 4 outs against a flush. Scope, of course, for a semi-bluff raise from a hand with a high club. I am relatively new to the game and would much like some assistance here as to the possible lines. |

Re: 3-flush on turn: options?
Doing anything besides betting is bad, generally.
You can't let a lone club (especially one that might fold to a turn bet) get a free shot at this pot. |

Re: 3-flush on turn: options?
I think you're still ahead on the turn. If I was a player acting after you on the flop holdings two clubs, I probably would have raised (but that's just me). Especially if I was on the button or something, with the possibility of a free card on the turn if I was the last to act.
You will force anyone holding just one club to make a decision with your big bet. Don't think twice about it. |
